Skin Test Compliance
A client books a colour appointment, her patch test expired two weeks ago, and you find out when she's already in the chair. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Luminate tracks every test, warns you before expiry, and can block bookings entirely until there's a valid test on file.

- Digital records with signatures. The customer answers the screening questionnaire and signs on the screen, you countersign, and there are no paper forms to file or illegible handwriting to decipher.
- QR code for remote completion. The customer can fill in the questionnaire at home before their appointment: they scan, answer, and sign, and you add your signature when they arrive.
- Configurable validity periods. NHBF recommends 6 months but your insurer might want different, so set it to 3, 6, 9, or 12 months and the system tracks the dates for you.
- Three enforcement levels. Off while you're getting started, Warn to flag missing tests without blocking bookings, or Block to stop colour appointments dead until there's a valid test.
- Dashboard shows who needs testing. One panel lists every client with an upcoming colour appointment and no valid test, with names, dates, days until the appointment, and a click through to their profile.
