Only the initial reminder deducts a credit from your SMS balance. Once a customer replies, follow-up messages are free for 24 hours.
Online Deposits
We charge a transaction fee of 2% + 20p when a deposit is paid online by a customer. No monthly gateway fee. No setup.
£25 deposit = 70p fee. £50 deposit = £1.20 fee.
What counts as one SMS?
Standard messages up to 160 characters. Longer messages split automatically.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset each billing cycle.

How do online deposits work?
You choose which services require a deposit and set the amount (fixed or percentage). When a client books online, they pay the deposit by debit or credit card before the booking confirms. If they don't pay within 30 minutes, the booking cancels automatically. Each deposit transaction costs 2% + 20p to cover card processing.
What does the deposit transaction fee cover?
Card processing. Each online deposit costs 2% + 20p. On a £20 deposit, that's 60p. On a £50 deposit, £1.20. No monthly payment gateway fees, no setup costs. You only pay when a deposit is actually collected.
Can I choose which services need a deposit?
Yes. Set deposits per service. £30 flat for colour corrections, 50% for bridal work, nothing for a quick trim. You decide.
