We understand salons
Before Luminate, we ran a hair salon. A busy one. Hundreds of clients, a growing team, and every piece of software on the market tested and found wanting.
None of them worked the way we needed. They were either too complicated, too slow, or missing the features that hair salons need. Skin test tracking. Commission calculation that didn't require a spreadsheet. Client notes you could find.
We spent years cobbling together workarounds. One system for bookings, another for stock, spreadsheets for commissions, a clunky skin testing platform sellotaped onto the side of our website, and sticky notes for everything else.
