- Three levels built in. Junior, Senior, and Director are ready to use, or rename them if you prefer "Stylist" and "Master Stylist" and add custom levels like "Apprentice" or "Art Director" if you need more.
- Price, duration, and commission per level. Set a base price on each service, then override for specific levels: your junior takes 75 minutes and charges £35, while your director does it in 60 and charges £60. Same service, different economics.
- Clients see levels when booking online. They pick a stylist, see their level badge, and get the exact price, with no "from £X" confusion: the number they see is the number they pay.
- Commission can vary too. Your senior might earn 40% on cuts and your director 45%, set per level and per service, and Luminate works it all out at month end.
