Key Benefits
- Owner. Full control including billing, multi-salon setup, and the ability to add other owners. Usually 1-2 people.
- Admin. Runs daily operations, creates staff accounts, exports reports, changes settings. Everything except billing.
- Manager. Approves leave (for Staff and Receptionists), edits the roster, processes refunds, views reports. Can't export or change settings.
- Staff. Sees their own schedule, books appointments, manages customers, processes sales. Can't see other staff's performance or process refunds.
- Receptionist. Books for everyone, sees all schedules, handles the front desk. Can't access reports or edit the roster.
