Multi-Service Bookings
A root touch-up and blow-dry are separate appointments, and dragging one moves only that service. To move the whole booking, cut the linked service and choose to move all connected appointments. This lets you paste the entire timeline into a new slot in one go, with the 35 minutes of processing time included. Status changes can also be applied to all linked appointments at once.

- Add services, see the timeline. Select multiple services and a preview shows exactly when each starts: 9am colour, 10:35am cut after processing time, 11:05am blow-dry, with nothing left to work out in your head.
- Processing time built in. Set development time on your colour services once and Luminate adds the gap automatically at booking, so your stylist knows when to come back.
- Reschedule as a group. When you cut a linked appointment to move it, Luminate asks if you want to move the entire booking. Selecting all lets you paste the whole service timeline into a new slot at once.
- Different staff per service. Colourist does the colour, junior does the blow-dry. Each service in the chain can have a different team member assigned.
- Status updates cascade. Mark a client as arrived and you can apply it to all their linked services at once, and the same goes for completed and cancelled, one click instead of three.
