Skin Test Compliance
A client's patch test expired two weeks ago and you find out when she's already in the chair. Luminate tracks every test and warns you before expiry. On the Block level, the booking can't complete without a valid test, though staff can override with a recorded reason unless the result was positive.
Key Benefits
- Digital records with signatures. The customer answers the screening questionnaire and signs on the screen, you countersign, and there are no paper forms to file or illegible handwriting to decipher.
- QR code for remote completion. The customer can fill in the questionnaire at home before their appointment: they scan, answer, and sign, and you add your signature when they arrive.
- Configurable validity periods. NHBF recommends 6 months but your insurer might want different, so set it to 3, 6, 9, or 12 months and the system tracks the dates for you.
- Three enforcement levels. Off, Warn to flag missing tests, or Block to prevent a colour booking from completing without a valid test. Staff can override a block with a recorded reason, unless a positive result is on file.
- Dashboard shows who needs testing. One panel lists every client with an upcoming colour appointment and no valid test, with names, dates, days until the appointment, and a click through to their profile.
