Colour Formulas & Overage Billing
Keep track of what you mixed by saving colour notes directly on the client's profile. You can record the shade, developer, and mix so the details are there for the next visit. Automatic overage billing and gram-accurate formula tracking are coming soon with the Luminate app.
Key Benefits
- Colour notes on every profile. Record the shade, developer, and mix in a dedicated note type. When the client returns, the details from their last visit are right there on their profile.
- Imported formulas stay safe. If you switch from another system, your existing colour formulas land in these notes so you don't lose your history.
- Overage billing coming soon. Automatic calculation of extra colour costs is currently in development. This will allow you to charge for the exact product used on thicker or longer hair.
- Advanced formulas in the app. Gram-level accuracy and charge rules will arrive with the Luminate app to record the precise amount of colour used.
